For this reason, for the first time as a marketplace Rigomart.com has introduced QC department to check the products whether they met the features described by the Marchant in the website. Apart from this, customer can return the product if they find anything wrong. We ensure a hassle- free return system. We provide on-time delivery of products and quick resolution of any concerns.

We rarely run out of stock. However, if such issue arises due to unavoidable circumstances, we will SMS/call you and let you know what substitutes are available.

We try our best to source the best quality items for you. For the first time as a marketplace Rigomart.com has introduced QC department to check the products whether they met the features described by the Merchant in the website. But, if you are dissatisfied, you can always send them back with the delivery person. If you forget to do that, you can call us within 3 days and we will replace the item for free under certain terms and conditions.

Rigomart.com is a marketplace. Merchants/Sellers are selling different products. You will get various warranties (Brand Warranty, Service Warranty, Parts Warranty and International Warranty) depending on the purchased product. So, please check the product description section properly to get information about the warranty and guarantee.

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver the products to your place on time. We process all deliveries through:

  • Our in house delivery team
  • Reputed couriers

Rigomart.com doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.

Within Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 50 and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 100.

Note: If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it will be mentioned in Product details.

Our normal delivery time is 2-4 days. But If you are outside Dhaka City we may require one or two additional days for to deliver the product.

Note:

  • Any order placed after 6 pm will be considered as order of next business day, not as same day.
  • Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.

We deliver products from 10 am to 10 pm every day. You can mention your convenient time to our sales representative when they call you after you confirm your order.

Our delivery representative will call you as soon as they are at your house to let you know about your delivery.

Tips are not required. But, if you want to appreciate the hard work of delivery representative, it’s up to you. Delivery representatives keep the entire tip amount.

Payment

We have various methods of payment options available for your best convenience. You can pay using:

  • Cash on delivery

We are working for it. Right now, you won’t be able to use cards. But very soon any valid Visa, American Express, MasterCard from any bank will work. In fact, the card does not even need to come from the Bangladesh. Any valid MasterCard, Visa card from any country can be processed.

Yes, shopping at Rigomart.com is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on Rigomart.com are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Rigomart.com and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.

Only pay what you see. There are absolutely no hidden costs except the delivery charge when you make a purchase with Rigomart.com And if you also request Installation or fitting of the ordered product, then such shall carry a small installation or fitting charge.

If you do not prefer to make an online payment on Rigomart.com then you can opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Rigomart.com

  • 200 Tk or 15% (which one is higher) advance payment is required for outside Dhaka delivery.
  • The maximum order value for COD is BDT 5,000. if its above BDT 5,000.
  • Foreign currency as payment against a COD order is not accepted.
Order Cancel and Return

Yes, you can cancel an order on Rigomart.com. Contact our Customer Support team (+88018-4225-4325) as soon as possible to cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

We have a 3 Day Easy Return policy for all our products which are sold online to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy or unimpressed with your order, we allow returns within 3 Calendar Days, for your satisfaction. For more details, please visit our Returns and Replacements Policy segment page.

Yes, you can get replacement. All physical products sold on Rigomart.com are covered by our 3 Days Replacement Guarantee.

The following shall not be eligible for replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Inner-wear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Note: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Rigomart.com

The following shall not be eligible for replacement:

You have 3 Calendar days from the day you received your purchase to call Rigomart.com to initiate your return. After three days, unfortunately, we do not accept returns, replacements or refunds.

Yes. You can register yourself as a vendor. After agreement we will activate your account.

You can request money withdrawal anytime you want. If you continue your business with us, you must have at least BDT 1000 in our account. But if you want to close your business and want to withdraw remaining balance please contact with our seller/vendor management department
