You can cancel an order on Rigomart.com. Contact our Customer Support team (+88018-4225-4325) as soon as possible to cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
2. Return Product If You Are Not Satisfied
We have a 3 Day Easy Return policy for all our products which are sold online to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy or unimpressed with your order, we allow returns within 3 Calendar Days, for your satisfaction
3. Product Replacement
Yes, you can get replacement. But the following shall not be eligible for replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Inner-wear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
